1. Who is responsible
The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is:

2. Visiting this website
When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data to the server: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website, keep it stable and protect it against misuse, for example by limiting repeated form submissions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our own server keeps IP addresses for spam protection for no longer than 15 minutes and only in working memory. Our hosting provider may keep technical log files for a short period for security purposes and deletes them as soon as they are no longer needed.
3. Contact form and email
When you send a request through our contact form or write to us by email, we process the details you provide — name, company, business email, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message — to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your request.
Contact form requests are delivered to our inbox by email. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them. If no business relationship results, we delete them no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep them longer.
4. Cookies, tracking and fonts
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. All fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party font services is made. We do not embed social media plugins, maps or videos.
5. Recipients
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us run this website and our email — our hosting provider and our email provider. They process the data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
6. Transfer to the United States
We are based in the United States, so data you send us is processed there. If you are in the EU, the transfer is necessary to answer the request you send us (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Please note that the United States may not offer the same level of data protection as the EU.
7. Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased or its processing restricted,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
